That is the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our highly qualified technical team members will transfer your site content from your present hosting provider to us. Our techs have a lot of experience migrating web sites and can handle everything – from a normal WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–driven web site, to an extremely complex, custom–built app.

A: We strive to accomplish all website migrations as fast as possible. Even so, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various aspects that you have to take into consideration – the sheer size of your site and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We always try to accomplish each migration in under 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our staff usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any sensitive info. We will need, however, the login info for your current hosting account and the name of the site that you want to move.

A: In order for us to start the migration of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose precisely the same details you have given to your previous host. We’ve also got a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how private info is handled.

A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. After we have finished the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If it is working properly, all you will have to do is change the name server resource records for your domain name. Your site will be transferred to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: While we move your web content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: Yup. We support all traditional Linux–driven hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, because we don’t provide Windows hosting solutions ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary website creation and management user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
